This allows parents access to what students are looking at online when using their Harvest Ridge accounts, get notifications for concerning online activities, balance time online, and more. Campus Closed through 4/10: Our campus will be closed for Spring Break through Monday 4/10. We will resume instruction and reopen on Tuesday 4/11.
Egg Hunt on 4/8: It's time for the Golden Lions annual Easter Egg Hunt. This year they are also offering free vision screenings and an opportunity to have pictures with the Easter Bunny. Click here for more information.

Scholastic Book Fair: We will have the Scholastic Book Fair on our Main Campus, 3/6-3/9, from 12:15pm-4pm. Have your student come by and find their next favorite book! The Scholastic Book Fair will be open to all families and is located on the main Harvest Ridge Campus located at 9050 Old State Hwy, Newcastle.

Independent Study Day on March 2nd - Just a reminder that Thursday March 2nd will be an Independent Study Day for our on campus students while the teachers prepare for Science Night that evening.

Campus Closed on 2/20 & 2/21 - Just a reminder that our campus will be closed on Monday 2/20 & Tuesday 2/21 in observance of the President's day Holidays. Students in our Hybrid/On Campus program will be on Independent Study Wednesday 2/22 - Friday 2/24 next week. We will resume in person instruction on Monday the 27th.

Old Town Pizza Fundraiser: THANK YOU to all the families that supported us on our Old Town Pizza Fundraiser Night this week! Our PTO was able to raise over $300 just by dining out at OTP. Not a bad deal! Thank you to Old Town Pizza as well for supporting out school.

PTO February Meeting Canceled: There will not be a PTO meeting in February due to a schedule conflict with an overnight field trip and the Holiday/Independent Study week. PTO will be sending out an email with any updates.
New Student Request for Enrollment: Spread the word! We are now taking requests for enrollment for our 23/24 school year for both our Hybrid & Home Study Programs. Students that are currently enrolled in our school DO NOT need to submit a request to enroll.
After school Clubs: We're looking for Parent Volunteers to run some after school clubs for our students. NBA Math Hoops, Future City, Chess, 3-D printing, or whatever ideas you have! Contact Mr. Ornelas to see how you can get involved.
Volunteer Fingerprints: Come get involved on campus! Click here for information about what you need to do in order to be cleared for volunteering. Part of the requirements are fingerprint clearance. If you have done this once, you do not have to do it again. You can take our form anywhere that does fingerprinting, including Mail N More, and Mail Biz Etc.

Independent Study: Please click here for to request Independent Study. Please note to give our staff time to prepare Independent Study. A good rule of thumb is to give us at least the same amount of days notice for the amount of days you need to take for IS. (Ex: If you're requesting 5 days of Independent Study work, please give us at least 5 days notice)
