Track and Field
Sign-ups will be available in Spring 2025! Students will be putting on their track shoes and running, jumping and throwing! Join other schools with the Loomis School District as they run races, jump the high jump, and throw discus and shot put.

Cross Country
Sign Up Now for the Fall 2024 Season! Students grades 4-8 participate in the Loomis Athletic League to run one mile courses. |
Harvest Ridge Enrichment Sessions
Harvest Ridge is excited to offer Enrichment opportunities for all of our students! Each session has three classes that students sign up for which are split into grade-level groups. Each session will be capped at 60 students, with a maximum of 20 in each group. A waiting list will be started for students signing up after the session fills.
With the exception of Session 1, classes are held on Fridays on the Harvest Ridge Home Study Campus located at 925 Kentucky Greens Way, Newcastle. Classes run from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, including snack/recess breaks. Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle and snacks for the break.
Costs for each session and session details are listed below. Payment for classes must be received as of the due date through cash, check made out to HRCCS, or Zelle.

Art & LiteratureDive into a world where beloved children's stories come alive through art! Join us in art enrichment inspired by your favorite books. Let your imagination soar as we:
• Paint vibrant scenes • Sketch memorable characters • Craft colorful collages • And explore many more artistic techniques! Get ready for a fun-filled, hands-on adventure where mess is welcome and bright colors reign supreme. You'll create masterpieces so amazing, you'll want to treasure them forever! |
Music & LiteratureDiscover the joy of making music while mastering the fundamentals of rhythm and melody.
With playful activities and cool songs, you'll learn to create your own rhythms & songs while having tons of fun. No experience needed — just bring your energy and love for music! Chromebooks and headphones will be used for students in 2nd-8th grade. If your student has a device and headphones, they are encouraged to bring them to this enrichment class. |
Outdoor Adventure ActivitiesJoin our exciting class where teamwork, problem-solving, and fitness come together for a fun and enriching experience!
From relay races and scavenger hunts to creative challenges and memory games, students will build trust, enhance their problem-solving skills, and improve physical fitness. The inclusive activities cater to all abilities, ensuring everyone can participate and thrive. Each session includes discussions to reflect on learning and growth.
