Please note we have two types of vendor applications:

Service Vendors provide direct services to students including tutoring, sports, enrichment, classes, etc. and MUST be fingerprinted or cleared through a Custodian of Record certificate.

Curriculum vendors only provide curriculum or materials for students to use as part of their educational program and there is no direct contact between the vendor and the students.

Vendor Frequently Asked Questions

​What are the requirements to become a service vendor?

• New Vendor Application completed-can be accessed HERE.
• Vendor must submit updated W-9 with this agreement.  You can access the form on the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf.
• Vendor must submit a copy of a current Business License with agreement, if applicable.  
  • Needed if: 
    • Provide services in Placer County other than towns listed below
    • Travel to the student’s home
  • Not needed if:
    • Provide services in Auburn, Colfax, Lincoln, Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville
    • Provide online only services
    • Provide services out of Placer County
• Vendor agrees to allow 30 days for payment from the date the Business Office receives your invoice.
• California Department of Justice Clearance

Does Harvest Ridge require all service vendors to have fingerprint clearance on file?
Yes, any person that is providing direct educational services to students, either in-person or on-line, must be cleared through the Department of Justice and the FBI.  If you are an individual vendor, you will complete our LiveScan process and your fingerprints will be cleared and on file with the Newcastle Elementary School District.  If you are an employer with multiple employees, the following conditions apply:

• All of your employees will need to individually be cleared through our school via LiveScan using this form HERE  ​OR
• If you already clear all of your employees and are the Custodian of Record for their clearance, then you can provide a copy of the letter of Custodian of Record to the school with your vendor application.  Vendors must provide arrest report/conviction information to Harvest Ridge Cooperative Charter School.
