  • Mandarin Fund Raiser: It's that time of year again! We'll be sending home packets for the Mandarin Fund Raiser on Tuesday 11/1. Thank you to the Miller Family for all of their hard work!
  • Breakfast/Snack for On Campus Students:  Starting 11/1, a breakfast snack will be provided during snack recess for our on campus students. Examples of snacks will include granola bars, cheese sticks, apple slices, etc., and milk.
  • School for On Campus Students on Tuesday 11/1: Just a reminder that Tuesday 11/1 is a regular school day for our On Campus Program
  • Mission & Vision Town Hall Follow Up: Thank you for those that attended our Mission & Vision Town Hall. It was great to hear the different perspectives and insights from experiences with Harvest Ridge. We will be scheduling a second date for an additional Town Hall in order for more participants to come and provide their input. More info to come!
  • After school Clubs: We're looking for Parent Volunteers to run some after school clubs for our students. NBA Math Hoops, Future City, Chess, 3-D printing, or whatever ideas you have! Contact Mr. Ornelas to see how you can get involved.
  • Volunteer Fingerprints:  Come get involved on campus! Click here for information about what you need to do in order to be cleared for volunteering. Part of the requirements are fingerprint clearance. If you have done this once, you do not have to do it again. You can take our form anywhere that does fingerprinting, including Mail N More, and Mail Biz Etc.
  • Remind App: If you haven't done so already, please sign up for our Remind app in order to receive Text and/or Email updates from our school. We use Remind to keep our families up to date of any emergencies or urgent information. Text @hrccs2018 to 81010 or Email remind.com/join/hrccs2018. 
  • Independent Study: Please click here for to request Independent Study. Please note to give our staff time to prepare Independent Study. A good rule of thumb is to give us at least the same amount of days notice for the amount of days you need to take for IS. (Ex: If you're requesting 5 days of Independent Study work, please give us at least 5 days notice)

  • ​​Mission & Vision Town hall: Come join us on Tuesday 10/25 from 5-6:30pm for our Mission & Vision Statement Town hall meeting. We want to get your input on what Harvest Ridge is doing well and what we need to work on. We appreciate your input and know that our families make our school a special place!
  • After school Clubs: We're looking for Parent Volunteers to run some after school clubs for our students. NBA Math Hoops, Future City, Chess, 3-D printing, or whatever ideas you have! Contact Mr. Ornelas to see how you can get involved.
  • Coding Club: Coding Club will be on Mondays from 2:45 - 3:45, and is available for all students grades 3-8. Students will get an introduction to computer programming concepts using Scratch by MIT, problem-solving experience, engineering creativity, and teamwork. We still have spots available, so email Mr. Ornelas if you are interested in joining.
  • Volunteer Fingerprints:  Come get involved on campus! Click here for information about what you need to do in order to be cleared for volunteering. Part of the requirements are fingerprint clearance.   •  Treetop Adventure Field Trip: The Treetop Adventure field trip for our on campus program has been moved to Thursday October 20. Deadline for payments is  Monday 10/17. If you haven't signed up or paid yet, please bring cash or check to the front office and do not use Venmo. Click here for more info.

  • PTO Meeting on 10/11: We will have a PTO meeting on Tuesday, 10/11, at 8:30am at our main campus. If you are new to our school, or looking for a way to get involved, please come and join us! PTO will provide a light breakfast and coffee.
  • Picture Make Ups on 10/12: Picture Make Ups will be at our main campus on Wednesday, 10/12 starting at 8:30am.
