We are so excited that the time has come to have our Pasta Feed fundraiser! It's such a great opportunity to meet new families and reconnect with friends new and old.

Where: Blue Goose Event Center, Loomis
What: All you can eat pasta dinner, adult beverages for sale, silent auctions, crafts and games for kids!

School Updates
Closed for Spring Break ​
4/8/22 Our Campus will be closed from 4/11-4/18. We will return to instruction on Tuesday, April 19.

If you are an Amazon shopper, go to smile.amazon.com and select Harvest Ridge PTO as your charitable organization (make sure you choose Newcastle not Rocklin or Missouri).  Then, every time you shop on Amazon, start at smile.amazon.com, make your purchases, and a portion will be donated to the HRCCS PTO! 

Free COVID Testing on Tuesday 4/19
We will have free Rapid Antigen COVID testing on Tuesday 4/19, from 8-9:30am.

Independent Study Request 
Just a reminder that if you know you are going to be gone and would like Independent Study ahead of time, please complete this form 5 days in advance so that teachers have the chance to prepare the necessary materials.
We understand that many families are requesting Independent Study on the same day due to illness and other reasons. Please be patient with your teachers, as it takes time and is not easy for them to modify their lessons and create materials last minute. If you ever have questions regarding Independent Study, please contact your teachers directly, as they are happy to help you out with what you need to do!

State Parent Advisory Council 
State Superintendent Tony Thurmond is creating a parent advisory council to work directly with policymakers and educational advisors. An informational meeting on how to apply will be held on 4/13/22 at 5:30 via Zoom. Please register using this link.

​Intent to Return
Please complete the Intent to Return form if you are currently enrolled and are planning on returning next year.
​For families that are currently enrolled and have a younger sibling ready to enter Kindergarten, please complete the Request for Admission Form.

Stay At Home If Sick - Please, please, please, do not send your students to school if they are feeling under the weather. We have to treat every sick student as a potential covid case, which places a tremendous amount of stress on our staff. This could mean us requesting a negative covid test from a medical facility in order to ensure that students are safe on campus. Whether it's a seemingly innocent cough or runny nose, please err on the side of caution and keep your student home until it clears up. We are happy to provide independent study for them to make sure they don't miss out.
If you do need to keep your students home, please email Annette or myself ASAP so that we can coordinate Independent Study for you.

Volunteer Info
Vaccination Status for Volunteers 
Thank you to those parents that have provided their vaccination cards or negative tests. Parents interested in volunteering on campus must provide proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID test within 7 days, per the latest CDPH guidelines. Parents that would like for us to make a copy of their cards so that they can volunteer, can come by our main campus office. Please remember that masks are required while indoors on campus.

Forms for Volunteers - If you are a new family to our in-person program, or a returning family that has never volunteered on campus, we're excited to have you!
