PTO Meeting on 3/14: Our next PTO Meeting will be on 3/14 at 2:45pm on our main campus. There is a ton to discuss as we wrap up the school year! Click here for the agenda. See you there!
Board Member Applications: We are currently anticipating two openings for our Board of Directors and are accepting applications through Friday, April 7th. These positions would begin on our board in August 2023. Parents from both our campus program and our home study program are highly encouraged to apply. You can complete an application for the board by clicking here.
Track and Field Sign Ups: Spring is just around the corner and so is Track season! Track & Field is available for students grades 5-8, including both on campus and home study students. Practices may begin the week of 3/20 and the practice schedule and the first meet is tentatively scheduled for 4/18. Click here to sign your students up!
See's Candy: Time for some Yum Raising! Please order from our See's Candy fundraising link, and share the link with your family members, co-workers, friends, etc. All items are directly shipped to the customers, and our school makes up to 50% profit!
NBA Math Hoops on Monday: Our first week of NBA Math Hoops was tons of fun! Come join us on 3/13! Students in 3rd-8th grade from both our on-campus and home study programs are welcome to attend. We will start at 2:30 and students will be learning the game and playing for approximately 1 hour. You do not need to have any basketball experience in order to play the game. Click here to sign up!

Bingo Night at Crooked Lane: Our PTO is looking forward to hosting our first Bingo Night at Crooked Lane on March 8th. Check our our flyer for more details! If your business would like to donate a prize, please reach out to pto@harvestridgeschool.org to see how you can get involved.
Scholastic Book Fair: We will have the Scholastic Book Fair on our Main Campus, 3/6-3/9, from 12:15pm-4pm. Have your student come by and find their next favorite book! The Scholastic Book Fair will be open to all families and is located on the main Harvest Ridge Campus located at 9050 Old State Hwy, Newcastle.

Independent Study Day on March 2nd - Just a reminder that Thursday March 2nd will be an Independent Study Day for our on campus students while the teachers prepare for Science Night that evening.

Campus Closed on 2/20 & 2/21 - Just a reminder that our campus will be closed on Monday 2/20 & Tuesday 2/21 in observance of the President's day Holidays. Students in our Hybrid/On Campus program will be on Independent Study Wednesday 2/22 - Friday 2/24 next week. We will resume in person instruction on Monday the 27th.
No Enrichment Class on Friday 2/24 - For those students that have been attending our 4th Enrichment Session, just a reminder that there will not be a class held on Friday the 24th. The Enrichment schedule will resume on Friday 3/3.

Old Town Pizza Fundraiser: THANK YOU to all the families that supported us on our Old Town Pizza Fundraiser Night this week! Our PTO was able to raise over $300 just by dining out at OTP. Not a bad deal! Thank you to Old Town Pizza as well for supporting out school.

Read-a-Thon Update: Harvest Ridge Cooperative Charter School wants to say THANK YOU! We are so proud of our readers! With your support, we had a successful fundraiser of $7000 and our students were able to enjoy 83.4k minutes of reading in just two weeks.
We want to give a HUGE thank you to Vincent Cavanna and Blaire Philbert for heading up this fundraiser and doing such an excellent job! We appreciate you!
