School Board Member Applications Now Open
Hello Harvest Ridge Families,
We are currently anticipating two openings for our Board of Directors and are accepting applications through Friday, April 4th. These positions would begin on our board in August 2025.
Parents from both our campus program and our home study program are highly encouraged to apply.

Key to Success - Cooperation
This month our Key to Success is Cooperation! Teachers have discussed what it looks like to show cooperation at our school, including being helpful, compromising, and listening to directions the first time they are given. Whether in the classroom, on the playground, or during group activities, cooperation helps everyone succeed and feel included. Encouraging teamwork and kindness makes our school a great place to learn and grow!

Track & Field Parent Meeting 3/10
Track & Field Season is right around the corner! Practice starts next week on Monday, March 10th at 2:45 PM. After practice ends, there will be a parent information meeting hosted by Coach Ventura at our On-Campus Program site (9050 Old State Hwy) at 4:15 PM. Come prepared with any questions you have. If your student is not currently signed up for the team, we strongly encourage you to attend if you think your child might be interested in track & field. Click here to sign up!

Here is some more information about our team: 
- Track & Field is available to all students in grades 5th-8th. 
- Practices will begin the week of March 10th, Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:45-4pm
- Practices will be held at the Newcastle Elementary School lower field, located at 645 Kentucky Greens Way in Newcastle (right by our Home Study campus!)
- All athletes MUST turn in a completed student sport packet to Coach Ventura in order to participate in practice

Girls Volleyball Sign-Ups
Attention 7th & 8th Grade Girls! Our Girls Volleyball team will be returning this Spring with Ms. Staton as the head coach! Right now we are gauging how many girls we will have interested in playing and we're still waiting on information from the league as far as games and practices. Please complete this form if your student is interested in playing and we'll send out more information once we have it. Thank you!

See's Yum-Raising
It's time for some Yum-raising! HRCCS receives profits from anything ordered at the See's Candy Harvest Ridge Store. Items can be shipped directly to yourself or any other gift recipient you'd like. Share the link with your family, friends coworkers, etc. so that they can order some treats and benefit our school at the same time!

Venmo Payments Reminder
Just a reminder that all payments being made for PTO sponsored school events need to include the Student's Name, Student's Grade, and the Event.
Ex: Suzy Q, 5th Grade, Overnight Field Trip
This helps ensure that the money going to the PTO Venmo is being applied to the right student for the right purpose. Thank you!
