Log Your Hours
Logging your volunteer hours is easy, visit HERE to create a Track it Forward account and then enter your hours. You can also view your account and see real-time updates.
Volunteers play a central role in assisting Harvest Ridge Cooperative Charter School fulfill its mission of providing authentic learning opportunities for students.
Each family is asked to volunteer a total of 30 hours per year (June – May). You can do so by coordinating or assisting on a Volunteer Committee(s), helping in a classroom or going on field trips, and participating in one of the group weekend workdays that will be scheduled throughout the school year. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved!
How to Volunteer:

b. Login to the HRCCS sign-up sheet .
c. Record your hours via Track It Forward's tool. First, you'll need to create an account and then you can log your hours.
2) Other Opportunities
Please talk with your child's teacher to learn about how you can be involved in the classroom. Also, we will announce information about the weekend workdays via the school's weekly updates and other email blasts.

Spring Volunteer Opportunities
There are still slots available on the jog-a-thon sign ups. Not all of them require that you be there that day, so take a look to see how you might be able to help out! Also, we know that the kids are motivated by prizes, and they need some help in lining up the classroom/teacher prize and big prizes. Please let the office know if you have any ideas or donations.
Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up May 2nd - 5th. The PTO will be providing lunch for the staff each day. Please contact President Morgan Mendoza (email@example.com) to let her know if you can help with one day or more.
Art Week is set for May 16th - 19th. Please contact your teachers to ask how you can assist them in preparation for the week. Many of them would also appreciate extra class volunteers during this fun week.
Plans are being made for the summer garden. Be watching your email for additional opportunities to help with this great school tradition!
